Now in its 3rd year the London Rat Race transforms the capital into a giant adventure playground, all in the name of sport. It is now your turn to have your very own Extreme experience. Increase the pressure as you ascend to 160ft in a crane. With little to match the adrenaline rush of jumping off a platform 160ft high with an elastic band around your ankles, the recoil of the bungee will hit you with some major Gforce. Held in the park next to London Bridge, this is a one-off, first time experience so be quick and get your chance to jump at a unique venue in our capital city on one of the biggest sporting days of the year!
You will arrive at the location and make yourself known at the main desk. You will then be weighed twice to ensure that the correct bungee rope is used for your jump. Next it is time for you to get into the harness and have the ankle straps attached. The professional staff perform a number of checks and double checks on all of the equipment. You will then enter the cage where you will be lifted to a height of circa 160ft. Now all you have to do is jump off and of course, enjoy!
